With a claims management team to assist you and your clients in lodging a claim, you will be provided with regular updates on the status of the claim.

To lodge a claim, please download and complete a claim form and contact our office via phone, email or fax.  Once we have received the completed claim form, we will confirm receipt of the claim and advise a claim number within 3 business days. At this stage, we will advise of any additional information that may be required in order to assess the claim.
